What we collect

Your email, the optional contact you give at checkout (Telegram or WhatsApp), your order (items, currency and time zone preferences, amounts) and the payment reference from the blockchain.

Messages you send to support.

We never receive card details. Payments are processed by the payment provider.

Why

To deliver your order, send you the order emails, answer support and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the order: the crypto payment provider, the email provider, the supplier that fulfils the order, and the team chat that receives support messages. We do not sell your data.

Storage on your device

The site stores your cart and your currency choice in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Support messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it, except what we must keep by law.
