These terms apply to every purchase on WeNeedAds, operated by the WeNeedAds team. By placing an order you accept them and the replacement policy.

What we sell

Digital advertising assets: Business Managers, ad accounts, profiles and related access. Everything is delivered online, on your order page.

We are not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok or any other platform. Their names are used only to describe what each product works with. You are responsible for following each platform's rules when you use an asset.

Prohibited uses

We do not work with gambling or betting, fraud, scams, phishing, illegal goods or services, or impersonation. Our products may not be used for any of these.

We refuse or cancel any order linked to these uses. An asset used for them has no warranty, replacement or refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars. The euro price is shown for reference; the amount you pay is quoted from the dollar price.

We accept cryptocurrency only (USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH on the networks shown at checkout), through our payment provider. Some regions may also be offered a card option by the provider, which converts the payment to crypto.

Each quote is valid for 30 minutes. Send the exact amount on the network shown. A payment that arrives late, short or on the wrong network may not be credited automatically; contact support with your order reference.

Delivery

Only items in stock are sold. Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, delivery appears on your order page and we email you a link to it.

Delivery details are shown only on your order page, never in the email. Keep the order link private.

Replacements and refunds

Problems with a delivered asset are handled under the replacement policy.

If we cannot deliver an order you paid for, we refund the amount paid in the same coin, minus network fees.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by platform decisions, ad spend, or how the asset is used after delivery.
